PETG is our usual starting point when a part has to work after the fit check.
We watch stringing and overhangs, then tune orientation before we add unnecessary support.

Design notes
- Use ribs and local screw lands instead of thick walls.
- Give visible faces an orientation that keeps support away from the surface.
