Email the job to the person who will read it.
Choose the lane that fits what you are making. A new part, a repeat production run and a product line are reviewed differently, so they do not begin in one shared inbox. If you already have geometry, email is the most direct way to send it.
Start in the right lane
- 01
A new part
ai@opusaether.comSend the file if you have it, or describe what the part has to do. Include the assembly it relates to, the material constraints you already know, and the features that matter most.
- 02
A production run
production@opusaether.comUse this lane for a repeat file or a planned run. Tell us the file revision, quantity, cadence, packing requirements and destination so the review begins with the conditions that make a repeat order different.
- 03
A product line and store
productlines@opusaether.comUse this lane when the object is the product. A short note about the object, its customer, the stage it is at and whether a brand or storefront is already in place is enough to begin the conversation.
For something that does not fit one of those routes, use hello@opusaether.com and say what you need help with. We will move it to the right person rather than ask you to begin again.
What an acknowledgement means
- It confirms that the form submission reached us. It does not mean the part is accepted, feasible or scheduled.
- A person reads the enquiry and its stated requirement. They may ask for the file, a drawing, an assembly detail or a clearer definition of what the part must do.
- Nothing automated returns a price. A price follows a review of the actual job, not a form field or an estimated bounding box.
Prefer to describe the requirement first?
This is the secondary route for a new part enquiry. It records the context a reviewer needs and sends an acknowledgement only. For a file, a repeat run or a product line conversation, the named email lanes above are the clearer start.
