Terms of sale
DRAFT. The commercial positions below are correct and taken from our own operating plan, but this is not a contract yet and has not been reviewed. Do not launch on it.
Quotations
Prices and timelines are given by quotation after technical review, are valid for the period stated on the quotation, and are subject to these terms. We do not publish standard prices or standard turnaround, because the same geometry in two materials is not the same job.
What we agree
What we agree to make is what is described at technical review: the geometry, the material, and the features identified as fit-critical. Tolerances are assessed per part at that point rather than taken from a general published figure.
If a part is not right
If a part does not match what was agreed at review, we remake it. If the requirement changed after review, we re-quote it.
What parts are not for
See prohibited items. That exclusion is a term of sale, not a preference.
Outstanding
Not yet stated here, because each one requires counsel rather than drafting: payment terms, delivery and risk transfer, incoterms, cancellation, tooling and IP ownership on commissioned design work, limitation of liability, warranty period, governing law and forum. Until they are settled, what governs your order is the quotation we send you and what we agree in writing.
