What we will not make

We are a polymer additive manufacturing shop. A printed polymer part is not a substitute for a certified component, and there are jobs we turn down for that reason rather than for a commercial one.

Applications we do not supply

Parts are not supplied for safety-critical, life-support, medical, implantable, food-contact, pressure-retaining, hazardous-area or firearms applications, and for flight-critical or load-bearing structure, unless separately agreed in writing.

This is about the function a part performs, not the industry it ships to. We work with aerospace, defence, drone and robotics customers on tooling, fixtures, ground support, enclosures, training aids and non-critical components. What we decline is the part whose failure is the hazard, whoever is buying it.

Items we will not produce

• Firearm components, receivers, magazines, suppressors, and parts intended to convert or untrace a weapon.
• Anything designed to defeat a safety device, a lock, or an access control you do not own.
• Counterfeit parts, and parts carrying a trade mark you do not have the right to apply.
• Parts you do not have the right to have manufactured. We ask you to confirm this with every request.

How this is applied

Every request states its intended end use, and a person reads it before anything is queued. If we decline, we will say so plainly and explain why. If we are unsure, we will ask rather than guess.
