These terms govern use of this website. They do not govern the supply of parts, which is covered by the terms of sale.

What this site is

Information about a manufacturing service. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to produce anything. Figures describing equipment are manufacturer specifications and are not a guarantee of part performance.

Submitting a request

Sending a request does not create a contract. It starts a technical review. We may decline any request, and we do not have to give a reason beyond the one in ourprohibited items policy.

Your content

You keep every right in what you send us. You confirm you have the right to have the part made. Sending us a file grants permission to make the part you asked for, and nothing further.

Outstanding

Not yet stated here, because each one requires counsel rather than drafting: governing law, forum, limitation of liability, acceptable use, and the notice route for infringement claims. Until they are settled, the terms of any specific order are the ones we agree with you in writing.
