These terms are complete and in force for use of this website. They were drafted in-house and have not been reviewed by external counsel; that review is planned and nothing below is expected to change materially. The supply of parts is governed separately by the terms of sale.

What this site is
Information about a manufacturing service. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to produce anything. Figures describing equipment are manufacturer specifications for the models named. They are not measured by us and are not a guarantee of how any part will perform.
Submitting a request
Sending a request does not create a contract. It starts a technical review. We may decline any request, and we do not have to give a reason beyond the one in our prohibited items policy.
Your content
You keep every right in what you send us. You confirm you have the right to have the part made and that its design does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Sending us a file grants permission to make the part you asked for, and nothing further. What we do with your geometry is set out in full on what happens to your files.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, do not interfere with its operation, do not use automated means to place load on it beyond ordinary reading, and do not submit anything unlawful, malicious, or that you have no right to send. We may refuse service and, where the conduct warrants it, report it.
Claims of infringement
If you believe something submitted to us or published here infringes your rights, write to ai@opusaether.com with enough detail to identify the work, the material you object to, the basis of your claim, and how to reach you. We will acknowledge the notice and act on it. Where a request is already in production, a credible notice will stop it while we look.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care that what we publish is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and you should not treat a published figure as a commitment for your part. Nothing on this site is engineering advice for your application.
To the extent Indian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contract, or loss of data arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes to the terms of sale are handled differently: those are agreed per order, in writing.
Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
