The same approved geometry has to be made repeatedly, with revision control and material choice treated as part of the job.

Materials we would shortlist

1. PETG

   A starting point for many repeat indoor parts.

2. ASA

   Considered where the declared environment changes the production brief.

3. PA6-CF

   Considered where the part calls for a more rigid engineering material.

4. PETG-CF

   Considered for a different balance within a repeat-run review.

Envelope considerations

For larger repeat parts, the assembly strategy is reviewed as part of the first article rather than introduced midway through the run.
