A larger object has to become a deliberate assembly, with seams, alignment and handling considered before it is divided into printable sections.

Materials we would shortlist

1. ABS

   A starting point for a large-format assembly review.

2. ASA

   Considered when exterior placement is part of the assembled object's brief.

3. PA6-GF

   Considered where the assembly calls for a more rigid material option.

4. PETG

   Considered for a different balance of handling and build behaviour.

Envelope considerations

Larger geometries are approached as segmented, keyed and bonded assemblies. The overall assembly and each section are reviewed from the supplied geometry.
