Ducting
Air has to move through an awkward route while the part still fits its surrounding structure and can be assembled.
Design notes for this job
- Keep the internal path inspectable and avoid leaving loose support inside a closed route.
- Place joints where they remain accessible for assembly and inspection.
- Show adjoining hose, fan and mounting geometry so interfaces are reviewed together.
Envelope considerations
Ducting is often segmented at natural branch points. We review keys, joint access and the assembled route before choosing the split.
