A tool has to locate a repeated operation, survive handling, and make the correct action easier than the wrong one.

Materials we would shortlist

1. PA6-CF

   A first shortlist when stiffness is central to the fixture brief.

2. PETG-CF

   Considered for a stiff fixture with a different material balance.

3. ABS-GF

   Considered when the service environment changes the review.

Envelope considerations

Fixture size is reviewed with the workpiece and operator access in mind. Larger tools can be divided where the locating logic remains clear.
