A part has to hold a component in the right place while making fasteners, mating faces and the declared load path legible.

Materials we would shortlist

1. PA6-GF

   A first shortlist when the bracket brief prioritises rigidity.

2. PC

   Considered where the geometry calls for a different toughness balance.

3. ABS-GF

   Considered when the installation environment changes the brief.

Envelope considerations

If a mount extends beyond a single build, we look for a joint away from the critical interface and review the assembled geometry.
