The same file, the hundredth time, to the same standard as the first. A repeat order runs in parallel across several machines rather than sequentially, and the material is chosen for the run rather than for the prototype, which is not always the same decision.
Repeat work brings material, consistency and revision control into view.
Material choice stops being academic. A commodity filament that was fine for a fit check may not be the right answer once the part has to survive a year in service, and the difference compounds across a run.
Consistency becomes the job. Spool lot matters, drying matters, and the same file has to come off the tenth machine the way it came off the first.
Revision control becomes the risk. A file that changes mid-run is a new part, and it goes back through review rather than quietly onto the bed.
A repeat route starts with the file, revision and its working context.
The file and its revision, the quantity and the cadence, where it ships to, and how you want it packed. If the part is going into an assembly, tell us what it mates with.
If you expect to reorder, say so at the start. It changes which machine and which material we would put it on.
The actual file and quantity determine the decision.
We do not publish lead times or capacity figures. A first article in a commodity material and a repeat run in a fibre-reinforced grade are not the same job, and quoting one number for both would be a guess dressed as a promise.
Feasibility and timing are confirmed by email after review, against your actual file and your actual quantity.
