What we do not claim
Some things are missing from this site on purpose. Here is each one, and what would have to be true for us to publish it.
Dimensional tolerances
They depend on geometry, material and orientation, so they are assessed per part during review rather than published as one figure. A single number would be a guess for most parts.
Lead times
A first article in a commodity material and a repeat run in a fibre-reinforced grade are not the same job. Timing is confirmed by email against your actual file. Reply time is a different promise, and we do publish that.
Capacity figures
Parts per day and kilograms per month are marketing numbers unless they account for failure rates and material changes. Ours would not, so we do not print them.
Certifications
We hold none, so we claim none. We name our machines instead, which you can verify against their published specifications.
Material figures without provenance
A property is published only where we hold the datasheet for the exact spool stocked. Where we do not, the row is absent rather than estimated.
